How Dental Insurance Works

Like most medical insurance plans, your dental insurance plan has its own unique coverage. Insurance companies often offer a variety of plans with different levels of coverage to their customers. Your dental plan's coverage may differ from what you expect for the following reasons:

• Some or all of your dental benefits have already been used
• Your insurance plan pays only a percentage of the fee
• The treatment needed was not a covered service by your plan
• You have not yet met your deductible for the year yet

We will be happy to review your plan during your complimentary benefits check with our Financial Coordinator. During this complimentary benefits check, you will be informed of your individual insurance plan benefits as well as any co-pays or deductibles that apply to your specific plan.
